Please read the steps FIRST!! carefully below as there is a small glitch in logging in, even tho the signing up is relatively easy as any other website.
Step 1. Click on 'sign up' in top right of menu and enter your name & email address, you will have to do a "I am not a robot picture authentication pass".
Step 2. Check your email where a link will be provided to click, here you will be able to create a password for your new account.
Step 3. Log in using these new credentials, here is the glitch, once you have logged in, the display will still show the empty login page, if you check the top right of the menu you should see the first letter of your name and other menu options suggesting you are actually logged, go ahead and click on submit tickets.
Step 4. You can view and search previously resolved issues in this ticket system to avoid any time sensitive problems that you may be encountering that you may have had previously before.
